Supplier Policy

This policy defines the general principles applied by PepTiDa in the selection and management of suppliers, consultants, advisors, service providers and operating partners.

General principles

PepTiDa expects suppliers to act consistently with standards of integrity, transparency, confidentiality, scientific quality and compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

Expected requirements

• compliance with applicable laws, including anti-corruption, privacy, safety and intellectual property rules;
• confidential handling of information, data, scientific results and documentation received from PepTiDa;
• disclosure of any potential conflict of interest;
• quality, accuracy and traceability of performed activities;
• ethical conduct in relationships with universities, research centres, CROs, consultants and industrial partners.

Confidentiality and data

Suppliers must process information and data received from PepTiDa only for the agreed purposes and in compliance with contracts, NDAs and applicable regulations.

Quality and compliance

Where relevant, PepTiDa may request documentation on qualifications, procedures, certifications, traceability, quality management, safety and regulatory compliance.

Reports

Concerns related to non-compliant conduct, conflicts of interest or breaches of this policy may be reported to info@peptida.ai.
